Invisalign fabricates your custom aligners, then you’ll wear each set for about 2 weeks before moving onto the next. Wear your aligners for at least 20 hours a day, removing them only for brushing and eating, and average treatment time is six to 12 months.

While not wearing them for a single day won’t have much of an impact on your treatment, if you make a habit of not wearing them, it can mean you’ll have a longer treatment time.
